Biography

Matthew Cohen is Managing Director and founder of Trackmaster International, a company he started in 1990. Since its inception, Matthew has been heavily involved with the professional sports surfacing industry, delivering precision surveying, line marking, testing and certification, across various Class 1 and 2 stadia athletics tracks as well as community sports facilities around the globe. 

To this day, Trackmaster International is the only company accredited by World Athletics for onsite and laboratory testing as well as services for survey checking and track line marking globally. Trackmaster International also provide on site and laboratory performance testing and reporting of basketball courts and other sports floors, at their ISO 17025 accredited laboratory in Thailand.

Matthew has delivered projects across 78+ different countries. He holds the trust and respect of World Athletics (formally IAAF) who have granted Trackmaster International accreditation for synthetic surface testing and certification.

Over the last few years, Matthew completed testing and surveying works for the Singapore National Stadium and as the line marker, surveyor and testing professional for Monaco's Stade Louis II – the home of World Athletics.

Matthew's competency with laboratory and in situ testing of athletic tracks and his continued passion for geomatics has seen Trackmaster International recognised by World Athletics as an accredited laboratory and an independent testing organisation.
